PS2 Consultants were assigned to design the commercial building for Diamond Exports which later on named as SB Tower. SB Tower is a commercial building constructed on a plot size of 5025 sq. meter & having a total built up area of 185000 sq. ft. This is consisting of two basements, stilt level plus seven floors. The building is designed as a high-tech commercial building to make a landmark to the clients who wanted to set up high standards in the real estate. The building is having Dholpur Stone & glass façade combination along with Funder-max cladded flying pergolas. SB Tower aims to redefine the very paradigm of symbiotic relationship in IT Building with fourth generation ambience. The office space has been planned with flexible, adaptable modular grids to suite nouveau work practices. With the flamed granite hard finish on overall pavement areas, parking areas at ground level, Water bodies & peripheral landscape makes the space really admiring for all of its users.
